Leaders' role at camp

HM Rage would not function without you: our valued leaders. We want to empower you to minister to your youth as best as possible. Here's a two-point summary of how you can lead well at HM Rage. Enjoy!

• General leadership: Leaders are ultimately responsible for managing your own youth group during the weekend. This includes assisting with; lights-out time (by 1am), morning wake up calls, attendance at sessions, duties, and generally 'keeping an eye out' for your youth over the weekend.
• Small group time: As per usual, there will be daily scheduled small group time after the main sessions. This is a time especially designed for your youth group to chat through the main session talks. As leaders, you know your youth best; so we encourage you to lead discussion in whatever way you feel is best for them. (Shortly before camp we will provide you with a list of 'questions' to guide discussion during this time).
